nasturtium

Photo

Photo

nasturtium, flowers used to decorate salads, and leaves are edible. Taste like wasabi, and is good when you have a cold.

I just chew it to a semi paste and swallow it. It clears the nose like magic. But only if you like the wasabi taste.
The unripe seed pods can be harvested and dropped into spiced vinegar to produce a condiment and garnish, sometimes used in place of capers.
