I have a query from a reader of my blogs who comes from Kuala Lumpur and
taught in SMK D.P.H.A. Gapor in Stampin, Kuching from 1980 to 1982.
In June 1982, I visited my university mate in Kanowit. She was teaching in SMK Sedaya. He writes with affection for his sojourn in Sarawak.

I told him our lives are connected. In 1959, when my Dad came back
from England, he taught in Sedaya, and we lived in a house like this.
